Tanker Driver Requirements:
✔ At least 3 years of verifiable truck/trailer driving experience
✔ Current Class A Washington State CDL
✔ Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement
✔ Clean driver’s abstract/record
✔ Valid/current DOT medical card
✔ TWIC card
✔ Minimum age: 25
✔ Must pass alcohol & drug screening, and background check
✔ Must interact with customers, co-workers and management in a courteous/professional manner
Flatbed Driver Requirements:
✔ At least 3 years of verifiable truck/trailer driving experience
✔ Current Class A Washington State CDL
✔ Doubles Endorsement
✔ Clean driver’s abstract/record
✔ Valid/current DOT medical card
✔ TWIC card
✔ Minimum age: 21
✔ Must pass alcohol & drug screening, and background check
✔ Must interact with customers, co-workers and management in a courteous/professional manner
Desirable Driver Candidates have:
✔ Enhanced Driver License
✔ Looking for long term employment
✔ Positive attitude and adaptable to change
✔ Reliable and safety orientated
✔ Able to get onto military bases
Mechanic Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain entire fleet
✔ Manage maintenance records
✔ Ensure the fleet meets DOT operational standards
✔ Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and repair accordingly (e.g. clutches, rear ends, transmissions, brakes, A/C, etc.)
✔ Maintain parts inventory
✔ Some tire work is involved, major jobs are outsourced
Mechanic Requirements:
✔ Must have a minimum 2-5 years of verifiable, heavy-duty (class 7 or 8) diesel mechanic experience
✔ Must have excellent communication skills
✔ Must be able to lift/pull at least 75 lbs. without restriction
Desirable Mechanics have:
✔ Hazmat endorsement
✔ Cummins and/or CAT certifications
✔ Current CDL A and Medical Card
✔ Has own hand tools
✔ Looking for long term employment
✔ Positive attitude and adaptable to change
